How will I receive my files?
After checkout, a delivery email is sent to the email address used for your order. Open the download link in that email and save your ZIP file. Your order confirmation and delivery email are separate messages.
What is inside the ZIP?
The product listing explains the PDF files and formats included in each tool. Open the ZIP and read Start Here before choosing an edition. Alternative editions often repeat the same core content; you do not need to print every version.
How do I open a ZIP?
On most phones, open it in the Files app. On Windows, choose Extract All. On a Mac, double-click the ZIP. Then open the PDFs in a PDF reader. Keep a backup of your original blank files.
Can I print it or use it on my phone?
Choose the included edition that fits your device or paper size. Print at 100% / actual size using the matching US Letter or A4 PDF when provided. Phone, tablet and fillable editions are included only where the individual listing says so.
Can I type answers into every PDF?
No. Only files labelled Fillable accept typed responses. You can read other PDFs on screen or print them. Annotation and form support vary by PDF reader.
What language are the tools in?
Choose English, Latin American Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese from our language collections. The language shown on the product listing is the language of the files you buy. Changing the storefront language does not change your PDF edition. Spanish and Portuguese products include A4 and US Letter print PDFs; English formats vary by product.
Is a physical item shipped?
No. All items are digital downloads. No printed book, package or other physical item is included.
Can I share it with my partner?
Yes. Personal use by the purchaser and their partner is included. Resale, redistribution, public uploads and use in another commercial product are not permitted.
I cannot find my delivery email or open a file.
Check your spam and promotions folders and confirm the email address used at checkout. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. Please do not send payment-card details.
How should we use the prompts?
Choose a time that works for both of you. Take turns, skip anything that feels uncomfortable, and adapt the activity to your relationship. These are conversation, reflection and planning tools, not professional advice or therapy.
